Using store bought pizza bases, spread a little tomato paste and then add ANYTHING you want. Tonight’s pizza included sliced, cooked mushrooms and sautéed pumpkin, hot salami and a sprinkling of cheese. Shame we had no pineapple in the cupboard 😦
I baked ours on a pizza stone in the BBQ with the lid down, 5 minutes and the base is crispy and the cheese is starting to go golden. Deeeee-lish !
