Every time we go back to Hong Kong, the trip is never complete without a visit to the Horizon restaurant at AMC for dim sum lunch. Perched on the to floor of the AMC, diners are able to look down on Aberdeen harbour, the famous Jumob Floating restaurant and the hustle and bustle on the waterways.
An interesting and slightly up-market version of the traditional dim sum, the Horizon never fails to provide top-notch dim sum.
